The Atelier accepts a small number of commissions each year.
Every Atelier commission begins with the site, the home, and the client’s brief. The structure is then drawn, engineered, and fabricated specifically for that setting — with the motorized pergola module integrated into a one-of-one architectural form, surrounded by hardscape and landscape developed as a single composition. The result is a structure that could not have been ordered, only commissioned.
Each commission moves through four stages, treated as one continuous conversation between the client, the designer, and the shop. The process is unhurried by design — the structure should feel inevitable by the time it is built.
